Delivery Policy Incl. Refunds, Replacement & Returns

    • MyChilla Online (Chilla Beverage Co.) offers FREE delivery to anywhere in South Africa if your purchase is for R599.00 or more not including VAT.
    • You can choose to have your order delivered to your door or you can choose to collect your order at one of the “Parcel Ninja Warehouse” collection points around South Africa (Click and Collect).
    • Your order will be processed within 1 business day after payment has been made (orders will not be processed on weekends and public holidays)
    • After which your order will reach you in between 2 and 4 working days after it has been dispatched.
    • If your order is less than R599 not Including VAT, the delivery costs will be for your own account and added to your final invoice when payment is done.
    • Deliveries to your door will be charged at a flat rate of R89.90 Incl VAT to anywhere in South Africa and Pargo deliveries (Click and Collect) will be charged at R79.90 including VAT to any Pargo point in South Africa.

Exchanges and refunds

    • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us via email (returns@ mychilla.co.za) within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Please do not remove the product from its packaging, remove the tags or use the product in anyway. MyChilla Online (Chilla Beverage Co.) reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if this condition is not met.
    • You may choose to either exchange the product for another product (if the cost of the product is not the same, we will either refund you the difference or you will need to pay in the difference) or we are happy to refund you in full for the products (delivery costs will not be refunded).
    • If you choose to exchange your product for another product, the delivery costs of getting the product to us and sending the new product to you will need to be paid by you.
    • If you choose to be refunded, the delivery costs of getting the product back to us will need to be paid by you.
    • Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received by MyChilla Online (Chilla Beverage Co.) and we can confirm that the product is unused and still in its original packaging.
    • Refunds can take up to 7 working days.

Incorrect Product Delivered

    • If we have delivered the incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your incorrect order via email (returns@ mychilla.co.za) stating your order number and providing details of which product is incorrect.
    • Please do not remove the product from its packaging, remove the tags or use the product in anyway.
    • We will reply within 5 working days with instructions so that we can collect the incorrect product (delivery will be paid by MyChilla Online (Chilla Beverage Co.)).
    • Once the product is received and we can confirm that the product is unused and still in its original packaging, the correct product will be dispatched to you (delivery will be paid by MyChilla Online (Chilla Beverage Co.)).
    • In the event that the product is out of stock, you may choose a different product (if the cost of the product is not the same, we will either refund you the difference or you will need to pay in the difference) or alternatively we are happy to refund you in full.
    • Refunds can take up to 7 working days.
    • Items sold on sale (Discounted) will not be refunded or exchanged

Damaged Products

    • If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us via email (returns@ mychilla.co.za) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number as well as photos of the product which clearly shows the damage or factory fault.
    • We will reply within 5 working days with instructions so that we can resolve the issue and replace the damaged product (delivery will be paid by MyChilla Online (Chilla Beverage Co.)).
    • Please note that products will only be replaced if received damaged or if they have a factory fault or defect. No products will be replaced if the damage was caused by wear and tear or washed incorrectly (please refer to the product label for washing instructions).
    • In the event that the product is out of stock, you may choose a different product (if the cost of the product is not the same, we will either refund you the difference or you will need to pay in the difference) or alternatively we are happy to refund you in full for the damaged item.
    • Refunds can take up to 7 working days.
